Regula las características, difusión y uso del Escudo, así como la ejecución del Himno del Estado de Puebla y sus Municipios.
Se crea el Consejo de Armonización Contable del Estado Libre y Soberano de Puebla, como órgano colegiado que tiene por objeto coadyuvar en la implementación de la normativa y acuerdos que apruebe el Consejo Nacional de Armonización Contable, así como asesorar y capacitar a los entes públicos estatales y municipales.
Se incorporar tres municipios a las regiones económicas
Se pretende reconocer como derechos de los senescentes el vivir con decoro, honor y respeto por parte de las autoridades, la sociedad y su familia, libre de cualquier forma de violencia física, verbal o económica que ponga en peligro su vida, salud y/o patrimonio
Se propone separar la Comisión de Seguridad Pública y Protección Civil de manera que exista la Comisión de Seguridad y la de Protección Civil.
Se adicionó a la Secretaría General de Gobierno, la facultad de prestar, a través de la unidad administrativa o instancia correspondiente, la asistencia jurídica gratuita en el fuero común, en términos de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, además de otorgar la misma a las personas que carezcan de recursos económicos, que tengan notorio atraso intelectual y aquellas que por su condición o disposición de la Ley, merezcan especial protección, frente a las que se encuentren en la situación contraria
La presente iniciativa de reforma a la Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública del Estado de Puebla y la Ley de Seguridad Pública del Estado de Puebla, se faculta expresamente a la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública para que desarrolle la función de evaluación de riesgo que representan los imputados, así como la supervisión y seguimiento de las Medidas Cautelares impuestas por el Juez de Control, contribuyendo de esta manera en la transformación de la Justicia Penal en el Estado de Puebla, para que se desarrolle de forma eficaz
Se autoriza al Ayuntamiento de Tehuacán, Puebla, para que durante la presente gestión de la administración municipal, tramite y contrate ante cualquier institución de crédito o entidad financiera autorizada, financiamientos y/o empréstitos hasta por un monto de $41’250,000.00 (cuarenta y un millones, doscientos cincuenta mil pesos 00/100 moneda nacional), por un plazo no mayor a cinco años
Se autoriza al Ayuntamiento de Tlachichuca, Puebla, para que durante la presente gestión de la administración municipal, tramite y contrate ante cualquier institución de crédito o entidad financiera autorizada, financiamientos y/o empréstitos hasta por un monto de $37’080,000.00 (treinta y siete millones ochenta mil pesos 00/100 moneda nacional), por un plazo no mayor a quince años
Se propone separar la Comisión de Seguridad Pública y Protección Civil de manera que exista la Comisión de Seguridad y la de Protección Civil
